Everyone here at Red Sky Realty Group is moving up. We are in the process of moving into our new 2nd floor offices in Kill Devil Hills. We are now located in the Over Seas Building in Kill Devil Hills at 2400 N. Croatan Highway.
Right now we are in the process of moving in and getting ready for our Wednesday, Outer Banks Homebuyers Seminar on July 28th. It should be a blast! We have lots to get done in setting up but are always available to answer any questions about real estate in the Outer Banks.

Business Looking Up for One Corolla Homeowner
New N.C. beach house: $24k a week and booked for the season
COROLLA, N.C. (AP) — A new beach-front getaway on North Carolina’s Outer Banks is nearly booked for the entire season despite its peak price of $24,500 a week.
The Virginian-Pilot of Norfolk, Va., reported the mini-hotel cost $1.5 million to build on a 10-acre oceanfront lot near Corolla.
The realty company that manages the property says the 23-bedroom, 27-bathroom house already is nearly fully booked into November.
The house was built to accommodate large parties of people for events such as weddings.
