Foreclosures in the news
Though we have seen a number of foreclosures on the Outer Banks and Greenville, according to this information by www.foreclosure-response.org, neither area is experiencing the high percentage of foreclosures as in the Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and Pompano Beach areas.
The Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Pompano Beach area currently leads the entire country in foreclosure rate. I would think that means there are some excellent opportunities to buy a Ft. Lauderdale foreclosure.
